A: You can track your ride using the Eon Drive app. The app will show you the ETA of your ride and the location of your driver.
A: You can cancel a ride up to 5 minutes before the scheduled pickup time. To cancel a ride, simply open the Eon Drive app and select the "Cancel Ride" button.
If you cancel a ride less than 5 minutes before the scheduled pickup time, you will not be eligible for a refund. If your ride is cancelled by Eon Drive, you will be eligible for a full refund.
